I gently guide clients to remember their authentic Self as they move toward greater balance, self-trust, and self-worth. Together, we create a peaceful space where we embrace challenging life experiences with mindfulness, curiosity, and self-compassion.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-worth, and feelings of not being good enough, and who may no longer feel like themselves and feel disconnected from their true paths and sense of purpose. A specialist in dreams, I draw inspiration from the depth of psychodynamic therapy, lovingly inviting compassionate dream explorations. I also invite EMDR and the serene presence of Mindfulness. In our sessions, you will be guided to uncover limiting beliefs and bring unconscious patterns into conscious awareness.
