Living in Loving Awareness
I’m grateful to meet you. I’m Anna Karin. I’m a therapist specializing in inner connection, higher awareness, and healing from trauma, anxiety, and uncertainty. I integrate EMDR therapy for trauma reprocessing and invite an eclectic blend of humanistic modalities, dream therapy, yoga practices, and Buddhist philosophy for mindful observation, self-awareness, compassion, and authentic living.
From a place of heart-centeredness, I help guide clients through paths of transformational healing, insight, deeper inner connection, self-compassion, self-worth, higher awareness, clarity, and authentic living.
Suffering fluctuates. If we stay open, humble, and present, we can lovingly embrace what is unfolding and evolving. With higher awareness, even the most challenging situations can be turned into transformational crucibles for developing more compassion, kindness, and understanding. By staying heart-centered, we begin living in loving awareness.
Thank you for finding your way here. Welcome to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to explore if I’m a good fit for you, and talk about goals and service options.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, LMFT #134309, a member of EMDRIA, and a Registered Yoga Teacher, E-RYT500 with Yoga Alliance, 227018.

Will therapy help me?
As loving, insightful, and enriching as therapy can be, there is no guarantee that therapy is the right fit for you, or that it will help you feel better, more connected, whole, and peaceful.
As a therapist, I can offer you guidance along the way, and help you get to a place where you can more mindfully observe and process experiences. When we raise our awareness, we begin living from our heart in loving alignment with our higher self.
Acknowledging and accepting that you are ready to grow and heal is a powerful first step of the journey. Healing can come from many places, and most importantly from your own heart.
With Gratitude, Anna Karin
